Currently, "one pot, two machines" have been widely promoted and applied in most lead-acid battery production enterprises. The higher technology "one pot, four machines" was also achieved at the end of last year at Henan Chaowei Battery (Group) Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that the reporter was delighted to see the application of "one pot six machines" in Zhejiang Shaoxing Huitong Battery Co., Ltd. and "one pot eight machines" in Anhui Nandu (Huayu) Power Co., Ltd. According to Qian Shunrong, the general manager of Jiangxi Xinwei Power Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the improvement of the automatic brushing machine has increased production efficiency by four times, reduced the labor cost of each battery set by 0.21 yuan, and calculated based on a daily production capacity of 500000 units, the annual added profit exceeds 35 million yuan. Free bridge automatic casting and welding machine, one-time molding, saving 30 grams of lead alloy per battery and reducing costs by 0.6 yuan; Each casting welding machine saves 3-4 workers and reduces labor costs by 0.8 yuan per battery; Based on a daily production capacity of 500000 batteries, the annual profit increase exceeds 220 million yuan. Moreover, the company is continuously investing a large amount of funds in the updating and development of production processes, equipment and facilities.



In addition, major production enterprises are actively collaborating with related equipment manufacturing companies, research institutes, etc. to develop more advanced and automated production processes and equipment. Moreover, these large and medium-sized enterprises have invested over 10 million yuan in the renovation and improvement of facilities, equipment, and production processes in the past two to three years, with many enterprises even reaching tens of millions or even nearly 100 million yuan.

At Zhejiang Changxing Tianneng (International) Group, its relevant staff told reporters that Tianneng Group invested more than 10 million yuan last year to introduce a world-class battery assembly single production line, with the aim of learning from these demonstration transformation experiences and improving the technical application level of the industry's mechanical automation production line.
